Once contracts and pricing are finalized, typical onboarding takes 2–6 weeks depending on your operation's complexity.
We start by gathering your full SKU list — item details, weights, dimensions, packaging specs, and any special handling requirements — so every product is mapped before it ever hits our floor.
While integrations are being built in parallel, we begin physically receiving your inventory at our facility — checking it in, verifying counts, and staging it for storage.
We connect your ERP or e-commerce platform to our WMS (Extensiv) through EDI or API — establishing a clean, real-time data pipeline between your systems and ours.
Your SKU master is loaded into Extensiv and configured to match how you actually run your business — locations, lots, kits, channels, and reporting all dialed in.
Before any live volume moves, we test the full workflow — sample orders, inbound receipts, and EDI transactions including ASN, PO acknowledgments, and shipment confirmations (940, 943, 944, 945) — to confirm every handoff is clean.
Once testing is verified end-to-end, we flip the switch and go live. From day one, your inventory, orders, and data are flowing through a system we already know works.
